Penny Arcade and MCAA or better known as the Massachusetts Convention Authority have announced that they have struck a deal that keeps the Penny Arcade Expo in Boston until 2023. That’s a very long time but, at least we east coasters who want to experience PAX can still do it. With the new deal, MassDigi will get $325,000 each year the event is held which means over the next 11 years, they will rake in $3,575,000 from PAX East and it will all go towards promoting the industry’s academic studies in Boston. Also, Penny Arcade hopes to have 100,000 attendants each year over the next 10 years.
